Pet Policy

At Grandview Gardens, we know that pets are a part of the household. We’re pleased to welcome your companion animals to our community!

Our Pet Guidelines include:

• A maximum of two pets per apartment home

• Dogs and cats are welcome

• Breed and weight restrictions may apply

• All pets must be registered with the leasing office prior to move-in

• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside the apartment

• Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times

While we know that you love the sounds of your pet's voice, we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighboring residents who may not share the same enthusiasm. Excessive barking and noise disturbances are not permitted.
